Confined space rescue:
A very specialized field, very intense training is required, along with a multitude of equipment.
It encompasses such a diversed realm of tasks, as you know. From the rural
fire department teams to the most prominant F.E.M.A teams, we all have
the same goals in mind, to save lives and do it safely and correctly. Setting
up a technical rescue team is not an easy task, and I firmly believe that
if we link together and share ideas, it will help our cause. So good luck
and, trust me, more will follow if this avenue works. |

We obtained most of our equipment inventory from CMC, a very
respected equipment Company. The place that is for all of us, RescueNet
has some good stuff on it. NASAR, they represent all the rescue people
out there, 100% commitment, and more. The first agency to provide guide
lines on Confined Space rescue, OSHA of course should be followed. And
we are all obligated to follow NFPA standards. |
I put in a "Search Box" for your conveniance. Hit and miss made it this
far, thanks everyone. |
